The Dunlop Park aquatic centre refurbishment was completed in 2007. The FINA standard swimming pool and aquatic centre now includes a toddlers pool, water slides, BBQ area, children's waterfalls, a heated pool and cafeteria.
This council owned memorial pool refurbishment included replacing the pipework, reticulation system, balance tank and expansion joints. Wet decks where then added and the swimming pool was fully tiled and finished retaining the FINA standards.
