Plunge Pool Hills District

This architecturally designed home in the Hills District called for a contemporary pool to complement the geometric shapes of this newly built home.

Installation of this 8 x 3 metre plunge pool and adjacent lounging area has transformed this sloping backyard.

Twin glass pool windows were installed to create a visual link between the pool, yard and house. A clear view from inside the home into the pool adds a functional, aesthetic and interactive feature to this pool.

Careful planning was required when designing the pool to ensure both sets of windows aligned with the corresponding pair on the home.

The plunge pool is fully tiled with Ela Vegas tiles and features a lounging ledge along one side with 4 spa jets. Natural stone pavers, frameless glass fencing and wooden decking make poolside area look larger than its actual size.
