This weekends’ Daily Telegraph contains a feature about the current trend with Sydney apartments getting more luxurious as developers try to attract buyers.
Highlighting a recent rooftop pool completed by Crystal Pools commercial pools division for The Arc Apartments by Crown Group, it mentions that “as more buyers are starting to turn to apartments instead of houses, developers are lifting their game in the amenities race. They need to have a wow factor. A pool is not enough. They need to be on a rooftop or have something special. Buyers in Sydney’s highly desired areas want this lavish lifestyle.”
This pool won Best Commercial Pool at the 2017 MBA Awards.
