Dear Crystal Pools (Paul):

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you for making the process of building a concrete pool so enjoyable.

Buying a concrete pool was a huge decision and when telling our family and friends that we would have a pool for the summer, the response of 'which summer" did not make me feel confident. We had heard many mixed reports on pool builders and haw things can go wrong, so we shopped around and decided to go with Crystal Pools.

Now, I have great pleasure in telling everyone we have a new "Crystal" pool.

From the moment we signed the contract with Andy Dodd we were made to feel comfortable and assured of what we were signing. The process was very smooth from start to finish with it taking less than 3 months from our first progress payment

Firstly I would like to give a big thank you to your team, Andy Dodd for his professionalism and up front honesty, Denise for her personalized service and Tony Stringer for bringing the whole project together, being available and making it all run so smoothly.

Secondly, your contractors, from the excavators to the form workers, steel fixers, concreters, tillers and not to forget the pebble creators -what a lovely bunch of fellows-keen to work with pride in their jobs and not to forget very polite. It was a joy to have them on site.

Again thank you for creating a pool that will bring so much joy to our family. have no hesitation at all in referring "CRYSTAL POOLS"' to anyone that is looking, for not only a beautiful well designed pool but one that was so enjoyable to be part of the building process.

As of today Crystal Pools completed the installation of our swimming pool, approximately three (3) months after commencement.

We would like to pass on thanks to Tony Stringer for the professional way he and his team have not only handled the job but also conducted themselves while on site.
Denise in your office has also been very helpful at various stages with any questions we had.

Your team helped take a lot of worry out of the three months while our back yard was being transformed.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Michael who has provided me with a quotation for a swimming pool located on my property at Lisarow.

I never imagined that I would actually find myself enjoying this experience, but I am so glad to say that Michael made it a joy, simple and fun. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, whilst also providing me with information on areas I myself was not familiar with.

At the end of our appointment I felt I had been fortunate to have been referred to Michael. Since he left today, I had encountered a few problems at which point I contact Michael. Within minutes and a few phone calls later, Michael had offered me solutions/ideas, and helped put my mind at ease.

I just wanted to say that I sincerely hope that the Management at Crystal Pools, fully appreciate what a valuable person they have in someone like Michael as I find him a true rarity in todays world.

We would like to write to you to thank you for the speedy completion of our pool. As you know, we have had a few financial difficulties and we really do appreciate the kind gesture of allowing us the opportunity to swim in our pool this summer. Our three year old daughter Mikayla absolutely loves it and she canÕt get enough of it.
