Community pools are rapidly increasingly in popularity within new subdivisions as developers respond to a desire to bring back the village ideal. By including a swimming pool with BBQ area and tennis courts at the heart of of the subdivision this concept promotes community feeling and alleviates the need for new home buyers to purchase their own separate private pool. This community pool and heated spa is enjoyed by residents and their guests. There's a wading area for the less confident and a water feature that adds ambience.
