Crystal Pools were commissioned to build this ice bath for use predominately by the Sydney Cricket Ground. The ice bath is kept at 11 degrees Celsius.
Ice baths are increasingly being adopted by sporting organisations to promote recovery in their athletes. Players immerse themselves in the cold water following training to remove lactic acid from their muscles.
