I did particularly want to note the great efforts of one of your Crystal guys who we only met on Christmas Eve, when he came to finish off a few things before water could go in...John! How special did he make us feel and to find someone in this day and age to really put themselves out to make sure we are happy, as he came back on Christmas Day (morning) to make sure all was okay with the pool seeing we ran water in it all night long and to show us how the filter etc works. We just couldn’t believe it....so he ended up sharing Christmas brunch with my family and that made it really special to have him there and share our food and cheer with a stranger on what is meant to be a special day of sharing and caring.
Would love for you to see the pool. Also from a good word of mouth point of view, our neighbours couldn’t believe it when they saw a ute with Crystal Pools sticker on it, driving up our drive on Xmas morning (they knew we wanted it finished by then)....so was the talk of the neighbourhood!"
