Michael Harris - Construction director
Michael started with Crystal Pools when he was just 17 years old and is now a Director of the company. Concentrating on the residential side of the business, Michael’s passion for building the best swimming pools in Australia shows with a large referral base of customers. Over half of the swimming pools that Crystal Pools build are to referred clients from happy Crystal Pool owners.
Paul Hicken - Commercial Pools Director
Paul has 18 years experience in the plumbing industry before joining Crystal Pools in 1995. Paul is responsible for the quality control and programming of all our commercial swimming pool projects ensuring that you, the client, has ready access to management at all times for that added reassurance.
Andy Day - Operations Manager
Andy looks after the day to day running of the company, coordinating the office and construction sides of the business. This leads to a smooth path from the council applications or complying developments to the completed swimming pools and therefore, contented customers.
Andrew Dodd - Sales & Marketing Manager
Andrew manages a team of the most experienced Design consultants found in the industry today, boasting a collective experience of over 150 years. The Design Consultants here at Crystal Pools listen to their customers and using their experience, advice, and design the best possible solution for their clients.
Paul Bradshaw - Senior Consultant
Paul Bradshaw has been with Crystal Pools since 1974 and provides a wealth of experience in commercial aquatic construction ranging from high rise roof top projects to remote location local council aquatic centres. This experience is passed on to all of our staff through his continued efforts to improve and maintain our position in the industry.
Peter Stewart - Senior Foreman
Peter brings 21 years of onsite experience to our projects. As our senior foreman, he has extensive references in major aquatic centre construction both in the metropolitan centres of Australia and regional centres.
